A24 just announced the cast for Maxxxine — The movie is the third installment of Ti West’s X franchise, which kicked off with X and Pearl (both of which got released in 2022).
MaXXXine stars Halsey, Kevin Bacon, Elizabeth Debicki, Giancarlo Esposito, Lily Collins, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, and Moses Sumney, alongside lead Mia Goth.
The film takes place in the 80s, following the events of X. Goth’s character Maxine travels to Los Angeles to become an actress.
Production on the film is slated for later this month.
