Actor, model and musician Harry Hains has sadly passed away. The son of V actress, Jane Badler, has died after a lifelong struggle with addiction and mental illness. The Australian-born actor appeared in American Horror Story: Hotel, Netflix’s The OA and Sneaky Pete.
Jane confirmed the news via Instagram post on Thursday (January 9).
“On Jan 7 my beautiful son died . He was 27 and had the world at his feet . But sadly he struggled with mental illness and addiction . A brilliant spark shone bright too short a time .. I will miss you Harry every day of my life … if you are in LA and know harry there is a service for him at Hollywood Forever Sunday jan 12 at 3 pm . 6000 Santa Monica Blvd .. In addition to Haines modeling and acting career he was also a musician performing under the name, ANTIBOY, his on-stage gender fluid alter ego.
A funeral service will be held at the Hollywood Forever cemetery in Los Angeles on Sunday, January 12. Our condolences go out to the Badler family as this difficult time.
