The A-list came out last Friday for ELLE magazine’s 2023 “Women of Impact” event honoring powerful women leaders. The private, invitation-only event provided a kick off to the return of White House Correspondents Dinner (WHCD) weekend at Ciel Social Club in Washington, DC.
VIP Guests included First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, ELLE Executive Editor Sara Austin and ELLE Deputy Editor Kayla Adler along with honorees including Ashley Biden, social worker and Founder of Wellness Women’s SPA(ce); Amanda N. Nguyen, CEO and Founder of Rise; Oriaku Njoku, Executive Director of the National Network of Abortion Funds; U.S. Representative Mary Peltola of Alaska's at-large congressional district and Elena Velez, 2022 CFDA American Emerging Designer of the Year.
