Oops she did it again, Britney Spears shocks fans with Instagram baby announcement!
Pop singer Britney Spears posted a cryptic Instagram post Monday afternoon hinting to fans that she may be pregenant with fiancé, Sam Asghari. The singer has 3 children, Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, from her former marriage to choreographer, Kevin Federline.
"My husband said 'No you’re food pregnant silly!!!' So I got a pregnancy test … and uhhhhh well … I am having a baby," the pop princess told fans in a lengthy Instagram caption about her latest Maui vacation
In the post Spears said she won’t be going out much to avoid paparazzi making money off of her photos. She also shared that she previously had perinatal depression, and glad that with this pregnancy, she can be more vocal about her struggles.
“I have to say it is absolutely horrible 😔 … women didn’t talk about it back then … some people considered it dangerous if a woman complained like that with a baby inside her,” Spears said.
The news arrives on the heels of Spears recent judgement releasing her from the conservatorship that she claimed restricted her from having a third child. Her conservertership was first established when she was a 26-year-old new mother at the height of her career in 2008. It made her father in control of her financial and personal decisions for years.
A Los Angeles judge ended the conservatorship in Nov. 2021, just a few weeks from her 40th birthday. The ruling allowed Spears to pursue a future of her own choosing with long time partner, Sam Asghari. Since the judegement, the two have been posting from exotic locations on a seemingly neverending vacation.
