The iHeartRadio Music Awards celebrates and honors the most-played artists and songs from iHeartRadio stations over the past year. Radio spins aren’t the only factor in this ceremony, as fans can also cast winners by voting in categories such as: Best Lyrics, Best Cover Song, Best Fan Army, Best Music Video, Social Star, Best Remix, and Favorite Tour Photographer.
